Rao Jamal Singh Rajput Actor, Director & Storyteller/Bhaand / Kavadiya, graduated from Karachi's prestigious National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) with a degree in Theatre Arts, Rao has been mentored by esteemed directors such as Zia Mohyeddin, Khalid Ahmed, Zain Ahmed, Sunil Shankar, Fawad Khan, Kulsoom Aftb. Rao is the only storyteller who is doing Dastangoi/storytelling in Hindi dialect specifically in Rajasthani language and it's dialects and wrote 13 stories like Meera bai, Raja amb and Rani ambli, Karan katha etc.Rao is a reviver of unique Rajasthani kavad katha, Also having experience of immersive theatre and oper air storytelling.
